Most school management software sold in Pakistan was designed somewhere else. It can be made to work, and thousands of schools have made it work — with a spreadsheet alongside it for the fee challans, a separate register for attendance, and a member of staff whose real job is bridging the gap.
The gaps are always in the same places. The invoice does not print as a three-copy bank challan. The academic session assumes a calendar year, so an April-to-March school fights every report. A parent account requires an email address, so the office invents them and the SMS numbers behind them are wrong. Arrears show alongside the new invoice rather than moving into it, so the outstanding figure is never quite right.

Your data is separated at the database
Every school's records are isolated on the query itself, not hidden by the interface. We test that boundary deliberately, because "each school only sees their own data" is a promise that has to be enforced rather than described.
Money is handled carefully
Financial operations run inside database transactions, amounts are never floating point, and a fee record is cancelled or voided rather than deleted. A school's ledger has to survive being audited.
Paper is not an afterthought
Challans, receipts, result cards and certificates are laid out for A4 and your printer. In a Pakistani school these are the documents parents actually hold.
Phones come first for parents
Parents open WhatsApp and SMS, not email. Accounts work on a mobile number, and every important notification reaches a basic handset.
Speed is a feature
A teacher marks a class in under a minute and marks entry is keyboard-only. Software that is slow to use gets abandoned for paper by week three, whatever it can do.
Roles reflect real schools
An accountant should not be able to publish results and a teacher should not see payroll. Permissions are granular and a school can build its own roles.
